User(s) Eligibility:

User means any individual or business entity that legally operates uses and has the right to use the Services provided by SHOE HOSPITAL. The Services provided by SHOE HOSPITAL is a technology based service which enables the picking up of shoes from households or offices, getting it processed in-house or through third parties, and delivering it back to the customer through the use of internet and / or mobile telecommunications devices. For those individuals or company who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law our Services are available only to them.


SHOE HOSPITAL advises its users that while accessing the web site, they must follow by the related laws. SHOE HOSPITAL is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during use of web site. SHOE HOSPITAL may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time.

Amendment To User(S) Agreement:

SHOE HOSPITAL has the right, we may change, modify or update this agreement from time to time without any prior notification to user and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on posting. Users’ continuous use of the Services will signify your acceptance of the changed terms.


This agreement is strictly between SHOE HOSPITAL and the Customer who takes our services and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Shoe hospital's services, and for the mutual benefit of both Company and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the

Following terms and conditions :

1.All foot wear are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non-visible defects in its material there is a possibility of discoloring or shrinking. Such footwear is accepted for cleaning at OWNER'S RISK and company will not accept any responsibility for it.

2.To ensure that washing, drying and dry cleaning services are maintained at a high level of Quality Company will use reasonable efforts.

3.Company will not responsible for footwear labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" because due to time restraint company does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels.

4.Company accepts delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.

5.If any article which is left beyond 10 days company is not responsible for it. After this we charged storage fees on the total invoice amount which will be @10% per week. All articles must be claimed within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the article was not claimed within 30 days. Company has right to sold the article recover the invoice amount after 30 days.

6.We operate from 9 AM to 8 PM, every day a Week. Customer can schedule a pickup through our website or by calling us. You need to provide your Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email address and Pickup Date & Time Slot. Our Rider will be arriving at your doorstep at the mentioned time slot in the request form or call. However, we do not guarantee it.

7.All footwear to be counted and handed over to Shoe Hospital Rider. Similarly, the counting has to be done during delivery time by the customer. No claims for shoes loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after the customer making the payment and the payment slip is signed by the customer. Customer shall check all articles for damage at the time of delivery, and notify the same at that time. Shoe Hospital shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.

8.Customer gives a warranty of maximum upto 7 days from the date of delivery for the articles for any quality related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article is not been used by the customer after delivery was done). Any claim after the uses of the article shall not be entertained.

9..If you provide any special instruction to our Pickup Rider it must be mentioned on the Pickup Slip provided to you. Shoe Hospital may or may not call you before delivery. If you want us to call you before delivering, please inform our Shoe Hospital Rider during the Pickup.

10.The footwear will be delivered on the date & time mentioned on the Pickup Slip. However, Shoe Hospital does not take any guarantee of it. We are not responsible for any delay.

11.We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire, burglary etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.

12.The rates are subject to change without prior notice.

13.Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning any shoes.

14.Some process/items may require additional period to process for their quality so that there is no deduction on billed amount is claimed by the customer respect of delays.

15.Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.

16.Shoe Hospital is not responsible for your laundry items bleeding, shrinking, fading, or otherwise becoming altered or becoming worn out by the normal wash- and-dry laundry process. If you have doubt about color bleed then you are advised not to give shoes that may bleed color in laundry.
  However you may give it for dry-clean. We are also not responsible for any damage from a shoe that bleeds the first time it was washed if we were not informed on the Inventory / Special Instruction Sheets that it was new. We will not be responsible for any damage that is done to your laundry during normal washing and drying such. Because we are professionals, we use Germany technology machine to clean your accessories, we use industry standard practices and handle all shoes with reasonable care.
Inherent manufacturer defects, weak material, color loss from household chemicals, or previous staining can cannot be prevented or removed and will not be the responsibility of Shoe Hospital.

17.Our goal is to provide a convenient and frictionless service to our customers and we are willing to leave orders wherever the customer dictates. However, Shoe Hospital is not responsible for any items if the order was not personally received and personally delivered to and from a Laundry

18.Customer might get regular updates (Calls / SMS / Email) from Shoe Hospital of transactional and marketing in nature, if customer wants to stop it then Customer has to register a request with Customer Care Department of Shoe Hospital.

19.Company shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the footwear.

Payment Terms:

1.Customer has to pay the entire amount after successful delivery of order.

2.For retail orders, customer has to pay by cash only, we accept debit or credit cards as well, but for that customer has to inform us beforehand.

3.Tax will be charged over and above the rates mentioned in the website.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

1.If a customer paid any extra amount for retail order then the amount can be refunded by the company if customer asks for refund.

2.User can cancel at any time before actual pick-up. No cancellation charges will be levied.

3.If customer wants to cancel the order because of any reason, then the request for cancellation has to be placed within 2 hr of pickup of articles.

4.Once order is punched and processed, order can't be cancelled.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

1.Shoe Hospital never sells customers personal information like phone number, address or email id with any third party.

2.For hosting sites, the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or providing payment processing services SHOE HOSPITAL may hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on companies’ behalf. Company has the right to disclose your Personal Information to these third party companies for the purpose of administering and maintaining the Site and App's features, functions and operations. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as necessary for them to deliver the respective services, and we do not authorize these companies to use your Personal Information except for the sole purpose of providing those services requested by us.

Distribution of Information:

The content of this website is an intellectual property of Company. Any distribution whatsoever will not be tolerated and shall be punishable by law.

Prohibited Uses of Site:

Impersonating or imitating as someone else shall be liable for legal action accordingly.

Content Permission & Restrictions:

Publishing of our content by any third party is illegal and shall be liable for legal action. Any simulation or sharing of content on this website for any purpose shall be treated as infraction and shall be punishable by law.
